Yes. One ingredient only: organic chamomile flowers (Matricaria chamomilla), with no blended fillers.

How do I brew it?
Use 1 tsp of leaf per cup with water at 205°F and steep for 5-7 minutes. Steep a little less for a lighter cup, or a little longer for a deeper one.
